Newsletter2GO uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For the evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is collected exclusively pseudonymously and is not linked to your other personal data, a direct personal reference is excluded. This data is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.

If you wish to object to data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.

We have concluded an order processing agreement with Newsletter2GO, in which we oblige Newsletter2GO to protect the data of our customers and not to pass it on to third parties.

If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider “YouTube” uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to information from YouTube, these are used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive practices. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account when you click on a video. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of Google’s legitimate interests in the display of personalized advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network “DoubleClick” is established each time this website is accessed, which can trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google AdSense uses so-called “DoubleClick DART cookies” (“cookies”). These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called “web beacons” (small invisible graphics) to collect information, through the use of which simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google uses the information obtained in this way to carry out an evaluation of your usage behavior with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense will not be merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

The described processing of data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the purpose of targeted advertising of the user by advertising third parties whose ads are displayed on this website based on the evaluated user behavior. At the same time, the processing serves our financial interest in exploiting the economic potential of our website by displaying personalized third-party advertising content for a fee.

Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your Internet browser under User Settings.
